The mission of Vitality Unlimited is to provide a new path to a better life by providing services related to substance abuse treatment, behavioral health services, affordable housing, and programs designed to meet the specific needs of our veterans. We thank them for their service.

Vitality Unlimited is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected from the community at large. Vitality Unlimited is a non-for-profit, federally recognized, 501(c)(3) corporation with a long, successful history of providing community services, affordable housing, high-quality chemical dependency treatment, and access to behavioral health services. Our successful record of accomplishment is due to the hard work and expertise of our staff and the guidance of our Board of Directors.

What started in 1971 as a one-person, remote, outpatient substance abuse treatment office in Elko has become a social safety net service the resident of the state of Nevada. The Vitality Unlimited organizational umbrella reflects the broadened scope of our nonprofit community service agency. The mission on Vitality Unlimited is to improve the health and welfare of society by reducing the number of individuals dependent on alcohol and other drugs, increasing access to behavioral health services as ell as establishing and fostering linkages related to wrap around services and programs designed to improve quality of life.
