The pressure of co-existing with a roommate (having to manage idiosyncrasies, snoring and sleep issues, habits, etc.) truly takes away from your task at hand. The foundation of the private room treatment experience is to provide each client with a sanctuary of sorts; one can re-group, work through and solidify the clinical work that they do every day.
